Chilli Kanon began her food journey approximately 15 years ago in Thailand where she ran a beachside restaurant on Ao Yon Beach, Phuket. She moved to Australia 8 years ago and has continued her love for cooking.
“Cooking has been my passion forever and I love to grow much of the produce I cook, so I know it is organic and with no chemicals. Fresh is best!
I pick produce from the gardens at the cooking school and around my cooking cottage where I grow chilli, lemongrass, ginger, Galangal and assorted herbs.
